Changes
No changes to the date, time, or route are allowed after the booking has been confirmed.
No-Show & Late Arrivals
Passengers who fail to arrive on time or miss the boarding schedule will be considered a no-show. Tickets are non-refundable.
Boarding
Passengers must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure for the check-in process.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if the trip is cancelled by the operator due to bad weather or unsafe sea conditions. All other cancellations are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days from the cancellation date.
One-Time Schedule Change
Passengers may change their departure time, date, or route once, up to 1 hour before departure, subject to seat availability. Changes must be requested through taxi-boat.id Customer Service or WhatsApp.
Additional Charges
No administration fee applies unless the new booking has a higher fare. Any price difference must be paid before the change is confirmed.

Passengers who miss their scheduled departure without prior changes will forfeit their ticket and are not eligible for a refund.

Eligibility
Each passenger who purchases a Ticket Only or Flexible Ticket with the Surfboard Add-On may bring one surfboard.
Responsibility
taxi-boat.id is not responsible for any loss or damage to surfboards or other personal belongings. The use of a protective board bag is strongly recommended.
Board Size
Surfboards of all sizes are accepted. However, taxi-boat.id reserves the right to refuse oversized boards if they may affect passenger safety or available storage space.
Eligibility
Child fares apply to passengers aged 0–12 years.
Travel Requirements
Children must travel with an adult holding a valid ticket.
Ticket Conditions
A child’s ticket follows the same fare type and booking conditions as the accompanying adult. If the adult purchases a Ticket Only, the child’s ticket will follow the same conditions. If the adult purchases a Flexible Ticket, the child will receive the same flexibility and conditions.
